After my expedition in Himalayas, I was lucky to found Nomad Hotel. The peaceful oasis within the Kathmandu vibrant streets. Their stuff are very kind and helpful, no matter the issue or request. Since I arrived, I knew I want to stay in such a charmy and home atmosphere. When it comes to the food, their offer is outstanding for any European traveler and the way they serve the food is exceptional.
Breakfast is kind a-la-carte menu from which burger breakfast is totally winner for must try recommendation. If you are a coffee lover, their cappuccino or macchiato are like from the best Italian coffe shops. Love it!
Within the hotel is a piano piano restaurant, with wide range of drinks and wines, and quick served and deliciuos italian cuisine food. At the end of every your meal out there, propose the lava cake which is out of this world.
I am mountaineer in my free time, and can’t wait to come back to Himalayas, as well to the peaceful oasis in Kathmandu before and after my expeditions, the Nomad Hotel. 🙌

“I can’t say enough good things about this hotel! I stayed for 6 nights and the staff were incredibly helpful in accommodating my requests – like storing luggage. The food was absolutely fabulous, the rooms are very large, and the overall vibe of the hotel is clean, comfortable and modern. I love the “boutique feel” of the hotel – it’s just the right size to have a personal feel. I’ve only just returned home to Canada and am already looking forward to returning for my next visit!! Thank you to the entire team for the exceptional stay.”

Very beautiful decor hotel in the heart of kathmandu. Very clean room spacious and lots of natural light. Bathroom is spacious and has all the toiletries and if you need anything they will provide you right away. All front desk staff and waiters are very polite with excellent service. Room service is great. Food is very delicious I had pizza and it soft and yummy. Front patio is very relaxing to have your morning coffee and breakfast Will visit again when I’m in Nepal. “I stayed at Nomad for one night and my stay was amazing! The team was so helpful as I needed to check in very late. Koshish from the front office didn’t only leave us a personalized welcome note, he made sure all arrangements were done even when we came back to the hotel very late! I only had breakfast here, but what a breakfast! It was extremely good, best I’ve had for a long time. Good coffee, fresh fruit and a good choice of ‘mains’.
