What's the difference between a Double room and a Twin room?
A double room has one double bed. A twin room has two single beds.
Can we get extra beds for children in the room?
Yes, one extra bed for one child is available at a minor additional charge.

We propose you to make your reservation through our official website, or by telephone by calling the hotel
Is Pets Allowed in your Hotel?
We know that your best friend is very important to you but, due to hygiene and security reasons in our hotels, pets are not allowed.
How do I know that on your website you have the best price?
Nomad Hotel guarantees the best online price on your reservation. If you find a better price online we will match it.
Is there a hair dryer in the rooms?
Yes, all our rooms have hair dryers.
Is there a safe in the rooms?
Yes, Cozy, Roomy & Kathmandu Living rooms have a safe in the rooms.
Up to what age are you considered children?
1. Children under 5 years old are considered babies and do not pay as guests.
1. From 5 years up to 12, they are considered children and pay as such
Do you have children playing area?
No, we do not have children playing area. But, they can use garden area for entertainment.
What is the restaurant Schedule?
We have 2 restaurants:
Everfresh (for Breakfast & Lunch) : Breakfast (7:30 am to 11:00 am) Lunch (11:00 to 3:00 pm)
Piano Piano (An Italian cuisine restaurant (for Dinner) (5:00 Pm to 10:00 pm)
Do you have gluten-free food and other allergens?
Yes, our restaurants have the possibility to prepare special foods for people with allergies, intolerances and other special needs.
Please, contact the hotel a few days before your arrival to inform them of your needs.
Can I eat in the restaurant event If I don’t have the meals included?
Of Course!  
Our restaurants are open to everyone, even if you do not have a meal included you can enjoy the meal by paying it separately. Find out beforehand about availability and prices at the reception.

How do I make a restaurant reservation?
For Breakfast & Lunch you can dial 501 and 503 for Dinner or call reception and we will be happy to assist you.
Can I request for In-room dining?
Yes, you can request for In-room Dining.
Do you allow in-room massage from outside service providers?
Nomad Hotel does not allow in-room massage and from outside service providers.
Is there a fitness center?
No, We don’t have a fitness center.
Do you have Gym Facility?
No, We don’t have Gym Facility.
Do you have a policy on filming & photoshoot?
I. Guests may shoot non-commercial photography or video for their personal use (with no professional equipment, lighting, etc.) in their guest room or on the property but must respect the privacy of other guests within the area.
II. Requests to use any area of our property for commercial shoots or filming as well as special occasions including but not limited to: weddings, debuts, anniversaries, should be coordinated to the Hotel. Such photo/video shoots are subject to applicable fees and schedule.
What is the Check-in & Check-out time?
The Check-In is from 14:00 and the Check-Out must be done before 12:00. If you arrive before the check-in time, you can leave your luggage in the luggage room and enjoy the common areas of the Hotel.
Is late check-out charge applicable?
Yes, late check-out charge will applicable depending on your time.
Do you have in-house Spa facility?
Yes, we have In-house Spa facility. Please contact Receptions for booking.
Is there a fridge or minibar in the rooms?
Yes, we have fridge in Roomy & Kathmandu Living room catogery.
Is there Wifi in the Hotel?
Yes, in all our hotels you can enjoy free WiFi.
What documents do I need to check-in upon arrival at the hotel?
Upon arrival at the hotel you must present your Passport or Valid Id.
Can I make a special request for my reservations?
Of course! If you have any preference regarding the timing, facility in the room, or any other subject relating to your reservation, you must contact the reception directly.
Do you have lift facility?
Yes, we have lift facility.
Do hotel have parking?
Yes, we have free parking for 10 bikes & 5 four wheelers. We do manage for extra if required.
Do you have baby food in the restaurant?
Although we do not prepare specific meals for babies.
Can I request for wake up call?
Yes, you can inform reception for wake call.
Can I store my baggage?
Yes, we do offer luggage storage free of charge. Nomad Hotel reserves to right to deny storage of oversized and suspicious items.
Can I request housekeeping?
Housekeeping services are available. Please call to Reception for your assistance.
What is your smoking policy?
Healthier. Happier. Fresher. Nomad Hotel is committed to catering to the needs of all guests. A designated smoking area is located on the ground floor for your convenience. However, usage of shisha, cigarettes, vape pens, and e-cigarettes is prohibited in all guest rooms. A fee equivalent to Rs. 5000 per incident will be charged to your account if a smoking incident occurs in your room during your stay.

Our front desk will be glad to assist you with your flight information, reconfirmation and airline schedules.
Do you offer airport shuttle service?
Yes, Paid Airport transportation is available only from $18 per way. Please dial contact reception for more information or assistance.
Will a security deposit be required upon check-in?
The hotel requires an incidental deposit that may be settled through cash or credit card upon check-in. It is fully refundable if not used.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept cash, Online Transfer and all major credit cards as payment.
Can I book on someone else’s behalf?
Yes, you can book on behalf of someone else. For guests using another person’s credit card, a credit card authorization (CCA) form will be required.
Are guests allowed in the hotel room?
Guests are allowed to visit the room. However, for overnight stays beyond the capacity of each room, there will be an extra person surcharge.
Is an iron and an ironing board kept in the rooms?
Iron and Ironing board are available on request. Please contact reception for your assistance.
Will I be safe during my stay?
We would like to reassure you that we maintain strict security at the hotel. For immediate assistance, please call reception for your assistance.
